Multiphoton Microscopy with LSM 980 NLO
Multiphoton microscopy (two-photon microscopy, non-linear optical microscopy, NLO) is a preferred method for non-invasive and deep tissue imaging of living or fixed samples, particularly in neuroscience. A well known drawback of this method is the reduced resolution due to the long wavelength. But thank's to the ZEISS Airyscan technology you can compensate for the loss of resolution and in parallel increase the signal to noise of your image
On behalf of the Single Cell Facility D-BSSE / ETH Zürich and the Microscopy Network Basel we are inviting you to this workshop, taking place in Basel from May 2 - 4.
In dedicated Demo Sessions with our application specialist, you will get the chance to try out the ZEISS LSM 980 with NLO and Airyscan with your own samples.
Join the first day of the workshop, where you can see the advances of this technology in a Live Demo. You can also attend this Live Demo virtually.
We are looking forward to your participation!
