We are happy to announce the next MNB workshop about QuPath bioimage analysis workshop which will be held on Wednesday 21st of October. Registration for the course will open on Tuesday 29th of September at 10:00. Add it to your calendar, as few slots are available!

The course will take place at the Department of Biomedicine, University of Basel, Mattenstrasse 28, Seminar Room L. 

Organizational notes

• Registration is mandatory as seats are limited and places will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
• Bring your laptop
• The workshop is free but no-show fees of 50CHF will be applied in absence of cancellation 24h prior to the workshop.
• We kindly ask you to be present for the entire hands-on session in case you are registering.
• Using a work-email address (@unibas.ch / @fmi.ch / @iob.ch / @psi.ch / @ethz.ch) for registration is mandatory.
• Further details will be communicated after the registration, before the start of the course.
• Pictures might be taken during the event. These photos will be used for communication and promotional purposes on the MNB LinkedIn and website, in press releases and in the communication channels of the organizing and partner institutions. If you don't want to be photographed, please inform the organisation team before the workshop.
