In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of bio-image processing and analysis, with hands-on examples using Python. 🐍

Program:
- 09h00 - 10h30: Lecture - Bioimage analysis theory
- 10h45 - 12h15: Hands-on - Image handling in Python
- 13h30 - 15h00: Hands-on - Image preprocessing and segmentation
- 15h15 - 17h00: Hands-on - Advanced image processing and result visualisation
Important information:
- Hands-on requires registration.
- To participate on the hands-on session, attendance at the theory lecture is mandatory.
- Registration with a professional email address is mandatory (e.g., @unibas.ch, @fmi.ch, @iob.ch, @psi.ch, @ethz.ch).
- The hands-on session is free of charge; however, a no-show fee of 50 CHF will apply if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Hands-on participation:
- Ideally, participants have prior coding experience.
- Each participant must bring their own laptop.
- Each participant must follow and complete the course preparation module (here) before attending the course.
