Introduction to Image Processing 2018

Learn the basics of image processing.

In this course we will learn how a microscopy image is formed and how we can interpret it. We will then work on a series of common microscopy image processing and analysis tasks both from a basic theoretical perspective and hands-on using a selection of commercial and open source software packages.
