Introduction to FRET

During this afternoon session (no morning session), FRET principles, FRET pairs and the different methods to assess FRET (sensitized emission, acceptor Photobleaching and FLIM-FRET) will be described. Emphasis will be put on the controls and the microscope settings that will avoid false positives or negatives. An example of FRET-based Biosensor development will be also presented.
